Ich habe die Größe M jedoch L wäre für mich besser. Kann damit stundenlang laufen ohne dass es herausfällt. Der Stopfen hält auch gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Zu einem gepflegten CBT gehören definitiv auch Gewichte. Diese hier finde ich äußerst praktisch und durch den mitgeliferten Samtbeutel auch direkt wieder gut verstaut und aufgeräumt. Lassen sich prima händeln und ziehen ordentlich lang, was langgezogen worden soll. Kleiner Tipp: an ein Seilchen und dann leicht schwingen lassen...
